ProfessionLX seeks a dedicated Protestant Coordinator of Religious Education to support the Command Religious Program at Naval Air Station Sigonella, Italy. You will lead the day-to-day administration of the Protestant Religious Education Program, helping military children, youth, and families grow in their faith through engaging educational and ministry programs.

Working closely with the Installation Chaplain, you will coordinate religious education activities, develop ministry programs,

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• At least four years directing or leading Protestant religious education or ministry programs.
• Experience developing volunteers and coordinating children’s and youth ministries.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Able to pass required background checks and screenings.

Mansioni

• Oversee Protestant religious education from preschool through high school.
• Coordinate children’s and youth ministries and seasonal programs (e.g., Vacation Bible School).
• Recruit and mentor volunteer teachers; maintain ministry records and schedules.
• Ensure programs comply with Command Religious Program requirements; support Chaplain as needed.
