Ladgov Corporation is seeking a Protestant Religious Education Coordinator at Aviano Air Base, Italy. This part-time position involves designing and implementing a comprehensive Protestant religious education program, recruiting and training volunteer teachers, and organizing various seasonal activities.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in education or theology or relevant experience, along with strong leadership and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Protestant Religious Education Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a comprehensive Protestant religious education program in partnership with the Protestant Chaplain.
• Recruit, train, and oversee volunteer teachers and assistants.
• Organize and lead Sunday School, youth ministry, Vacation Bible School (VBS), and seasonal programs such as Advent and Easter events.
• Develop and distribute curriculum and learning materials for children, youth, and adults.
• Plan special events such as retreats, discipleship training, and community outreach initiatives.
• Maintain and update program records, registration lists, and volunteer schedules.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in education, theology, or a related field OR at least five years of experience leading a Protestant religious education program.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and volunteer management skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with the Protestant Chaplain and chapel staff.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tools
