• Will be involved in coordinating the entire proposal development process, from understanding customer needs to the final presentation of the proposal.
• Will be involved in managing client relationships and collaborating with the technical team to ensure consistency between the technical and commercial proposals.
• Will closely collaborate with our internal tender office to jointly manage the administrative aspects of public and private tenders.

Experience and Requirements

• Experience: 2 - 4 years in roles such as Proposal Specialist, Jr Proposal Manager, or Jr Project Engineer, in large-scale infrastructural and building projects at both national and international levels.
• Management Skills: Ability to manage proposals and bids, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams involved in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills in Italian, English, and preferably French, with attention to detail and proposal presentation.
• Interpersonal Relationships: Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and collaborate effectively across various company functions involved in the proposal process.
• Willingness to pursue growth in developing public and private commercial proposals.
