• Will be involved in coordinating the entire proposal development process, from understanding customer needs to the final presentation of the proposal.
• Will be involved in managing client relationships and collaborating with the technical team to ensure consistency between the technical and commercial proposals.
• Will closely collaborate with our internal tender office to jointly manage the administrative aspects of public and private tenders.

Experience and Requirements

Experience: 2 - 4 years of experience in the role of Proposal Specialist, Jr Proposal Manager, or Jr Project Engineer, in large-scale infrastructural and building projects, at both national and international levels.

• Management Skills: Skills in managing proposals and bids, including collaborating with multidisciplinary teams involved in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Italian, English, and preferably French), with particular attention to detail and proposal presentation.
• Interpersonal Relationships: Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, as well as collaborate effectively with various company functions involved in the proposal process.
• Willingness to undertake a growth path in the development of public and private commercial proposals.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
