Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate:

1. Will coordinate the entire proposal development process, from understanding customer needs to the final presentation of the proposal.
2. Will manage client relationships and collaborate with the technical team to ensure consistency between technical and commercial proposals.
3. Will closely collaborate with our internal tender office to jointly manage the administrative aspects of public and private tenders.

Experience and Requirements

• Experience: 2 - 4 years in roles such as Proposal Specialist, Jr Proposal Manager, or Jr Project Engineer, particularly in large-scale infrastructural and building projects at the national level.
• Management Skills: Ability to manage proposals and bids, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams involved in technical and commercial proposal preparation.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills in Italian, English, and preferably French, with attention to detail and proposal presentation.
• Interpersonal Relationships: Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and collaborate effectively across company functions.
• Willingness to develop in public and private proposal development.
