Proposal Specialist

Job Title: Proposal Specialist / Junior Proposal Manager / Junior Project Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate the entire proposal development process, from understanding customer needs to the final presentation of the proposal.
2. Manage client relationships and collaborate with the technical team to ensure consistency between technical and commercial proposals.
3. Work closely with the internal tender office to jointly manage the administrative aspects of public and private tenders.

Experience and Requirements:

• 2 - 4 years of experience in roles such as Proposal Specialist, Junior Proposal Manager, or Junior Project Engineer, in large-scale infrastructural and building projects at the national level.
• Skills in managing proposals and bids, including collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian, English, and preferably French, with attention to detail and presentation.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and collaborate across company functions.
• Willingness to develop in the field of public and private proposals.
