• Will be involved in coordinating the entire proposal development process, from understanding customer needs to the final presentation of the proposal.

Experience and Requirements

Experience: 2 - 4 years in roles such as Proposal Specialist, Jr Proposal Manager, or Jr Project Engineer, in large-scale infrastructural and building projects, at both national and international levels.

• Management Skills: Ability to manage proposals and bids, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams involved in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills in Italian, English, and preferably French, with a keen eye for detail and proposal presentation.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and collaborate effectively across company functions involved in the proposal process.
• Growth Orientation: Willingness to develop expertise in public and private commercial proposals.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
