Veolia cerca un Proposal Manager per valutare la fattibilità tecnica ed economica delle offerte e preparare proposte, con particolare attenzione alla personalizzazione di soluzioni standard. Il ruolo richiede laurea in ingegneria e buone capacità analitiche.

La posizione è inserita nel team Water Tech, con responsabilità di definire soluzioni tecniche, costi e preventivi, supportare aree Commerciali e gestire tender e documentazione di offerta. Lingue: italiano e inglese; sede in Italia.

Competenze

• Laurea in Ingegneria o titolo equipollente.
• Conoscenza del pacchetto Office/Google Suite.
• Buone capacità analitiche e di sintesi.

Mansioni

• Valutare la fattibilità tecnico-economica delle offerte e redigere proposte in ottica di personalizzazione.
• Definire soluzioni tecniche e di progetto che rispondano alle richieste del cliente e ai costi.
• Supportare le aree Commerciali nelle attività di preventivazione e modifiche ai prodotti standard.
• Analizzare tender/RFQ e gestire le attività per rispondere alle richieste dei clienti.
• Gestire la documentazione di supporto alle proposte e mantenere i contatti con i clienti e fornitori.

Descrizione del lavoro

The purpose of the position of Proposal Manager is to evaluate the technical and economic feasibility of offers and prepare proposals from both technical and cost perspectives, with a focus on the customization of standard products. This involves ensuring that the proposals meet customer needs while also considering the technical and financial implications of any customizations or deviations from standard offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate technical-economic estimates that meet customer requests while preserving and enhancing product know-how.

Tasks and Duties:

• With the support of the Technical Unit (UT) and specialized functions, define the technical and project solution that meets customer requests, especially when deviations from standard supply are required, and determine costs and pricing.
• Assist in preparing offers for particularly complex requests and in defining and understanding customer requirements.
• Support the Commercial areas in preliminary activities related to offers, particularly in estimating costs for modifications/customizations to standard products.
• Analyze tenders/RFQs and manage activities related to responding to customer requests.
• Conduct comparative evaluations between different applicable technologies and/or different suppliers for the same technological solution.
• Manage and execute activities necessary for preparing the project, technical, and economic proposals requested by the customer (tender), including drafting or gathering all documentation to support the proposal or requested by the customer.
• Maintain relationships with relevant customers, especially in gathering information and potentially presenting proposed solutions.
• Interact with suppliers to request technical-economic offers for components, products, or technologies.
• Deepen the study of applications and product positioning in relation to other technologies and competitors' proposals.

Qualifiche

• Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical), Chemical Technician, Mechanical/Industrial Technician.

Basic Competencies:

• Specific knowledge of wastewater and its treatability.
• Technical knowledge of components, machinery engineering, and plants.
• Ability to understand the needs of customers (both internal and external).
• Analytical skills, data reprocessing/correlation, and synthesis.
• Continuous technological updating.
• Proficiency in Office Suite, Google Suite
• Proficiency in AS400/Latis, 3D Viewer (Creo), and AutoCAD (as a plus).

Languages:

• Fluent in Italian and in English

Soft Skills:

• Good relational skills.
• Precision and accuracy.
• Good programming and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
