We are currently hiring a talented individual to join our team. In this on-site role, you will provide essential support to our Sales Manager, the senior leadership team, and our international business units, with a blend of responsibilities.

What you will do as a Project Engineer :

• Prepare proposal documentation, including drawings, specifications, calculations, and cost estimates, and draft drawings.
• Conduct cost estimates and technical feasibility checks.
• Analyze competitor bids.
• Track deadlines and ensure timely delivery of proposals.
• Collaborate with various offices.
• Interface with the customer.
• Handle general office activities (document verification, supplier offers, etc.).

What Core Competencies You Possess :

• Evaluate technical and commercial requirements, collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information, and develop solutions that meet customer needs while adhering to time and cost constraints.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and project specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Adaptability and flexibility to changing business priorities.
• Effective teamwork and collaboration skills.

Who you are and What you Bring to the Table :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering, or graduation in technical subjects (surveyor).
• Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a Proposal Engineer; prior in-house and international experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe.
• Good knowledge of the local language and English; knowledge of Spanish is appreciated.
• Previous experience in water treatment or general plant engineering sectors is welcome but not mandatory.
