Are you a seasoned Proposal Engineer seeking a dynamic opportunity with a publicly traded company? Are you looking to work for a global organization that positively impacts the environment? We are currently hiring a talented individual to join our team. In this on-site role, you will provide essential support to our Sales Manager, the senior leadership team, and our international business units, with a blend of responsibilities.

What you will do as a Project Engineer :
  1. Prepare proposal documentation, including drawings, specifications, calculations, and cost estimates. Draft drawings as needed.
  2. Conduct cost estimates and technical feasibility checks.
  3. Analyze competitor bids.
  4. Track deadlines and ensure the timely delivery of proposals.
  5. Collaborate with various offices.
  6. Interface with customers.
  7. Perform general office activities (document verification, supplier offers, etc.).

  • Ability to evaluate technical and commercial requirements, collaborate with various departments, and develop solutions that meet customer needs within time and cost constraints.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and project specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Effective teamwork and collaboration skills.
Who you are and What you Bring to the Table :
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering, or graduation in technical subjects (surveyor).
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a Proposal Engineer; prior in-house and international experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe.
  • Good knowledge of the local language and English; knowledge of Spanish is appreciated.
  • Previous experience in water treatment or plant engineering sectors is welcome but not mandatory.
