We are currently hiring a talented individual to join our team. In this on-site role, you will provide essential support to our Sales Manager, the senior leadership team, and our international business units, with a variety of responsibilities.

What you will do as a Project Engineer :

1. Prepare proposal documentation, including drawings, specifications, calculations, and cost estimates. Draft drawings.
2. Perform cost estimates and technical feasibility checks.
3. Analyze competitor bids.
4. Track deadlines and ensure timely delivery of proposals.
5. Collaborate with various offices.
6. Interface with the customer.
7. Handle general office activities (document verification, supplier offers, etc.).

What Core Competencies You Possess :

1. Ability to evaluate technical and commercial requirements, collaborate across departments, and develop customer-centric solutions within time and cost constraints.
2. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and project specifications.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
4. Adaptability and flexibility to changing business priorities.
5. Effective teamwork and collaboration skills.

Who you are and What you Bring to the Table :

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering, or related technical fields.
2. Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a Proposal Engineer; international experience is a plus.
3. Knowledge of AutoCAD.
4. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe.
6. Good command of the local language and English; Spanish is a plus.
7. Experience in water treatment or plant engineering sectors is beneficial but not mandatory.
