Competenze

We are currenty looking for a Junior Proposal Engineer for our Business Unit EMPS (Energy Maintenance & production services).

He/She supports the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for bids and tenders in which the company is interested. Works closely with internal teams (technical, commercial, HR) to assist in drafting and managing bid documentation under the supervision of the Proposal Manager.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating bid activities.
• Support in drafting and reviewing technical and commercial documents.
• Help gather and analyze data required for cost estimation.
• Participate in internal meetings (kick-off, reviews, etc.) and manage documentation.
• Contribute to risk analysis and summary reporting.
• Collaborate with other departments to collect necessary inputs for proposal preparation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering
• Fluent in English (French is a plus)
• Strong document management and attention to detail
• 1–2 years in similar roles is a plus.
• Basic experience in contract or project management is a plus.
• Availability for international travel required
