Une entreprise de systèmes d'intégration bien établie recherche un Proposal et Project Manager. Le candidat idéal aura l'expérience nécessaire pour gérer des propositions et des projets, tout en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec des équipes internes et des parties prenantes externes. Ce rôle implique des déplacements internationaux occasionnels et nécessite une maîtrise de l'AutoCAD ainsi qu'une capacité à résoudre les problèmes de manière proactive.

Competenze

• Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans des rôles similaires au sein d'entreprises industrielles structurées.
• Maîtrise de l'AutoCAD requise.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

This is a great opportunity to join the Technical Department in a well-established system integration company with a global perspective, based in the province of Verona.

Responsibilities

The candidate reports directly to the COO and will be evaluated to perform both required tasks, even if mainly employed for one of the two roles:

As PROPOSAL MANAGER, the candidate will have to handle:

• Coordination with the Area Manager to gather technical and commercial information for proposals;
• Plant capacity analysis (Product Sheet) and layout design, considering customer constraints, existing equipment, and interfaces;
• Preliminary evaluation of utilities and foundations, when required;
• Request for quotations from suppliers, including technical specifications;
• Preparation of the price calculation sheet based on supplier costs and internal policies;
• Support in drafting the commercial offer and technical description;
• Management of offer revisions to align with customer expectations and guidelines.

As PROJECT MANAGER, the candidate will handle:

• Kick-off meetings to define project scope, timeline, and deliverables;
• Formal project initiation, ensuring smooth transition from commercial to execution phases;
• Project planning and coordination among internal departments and external stakeholders;
• Supervision of layout development, with ability to modify if necessary;
• Monitoring customer payments according to milestones;
• Procurement, production supervision, and quality control at suppliers;
• Management of extra costs, causes analysis, and negotiation for recovery;
• Supervision of project documentation (FAT certificates, shipping notices, manuals, training certificates, line acceptance certificates);
• Preparation of loading plans and packing lists based on supplier data;
• Proper coding and archiving of all project documentation.

Your Profile

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Management Engineering or similar;
• At least 5 years of experience in similar roles within structured industrial companies;
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD;
• Experience with SAP is a plus;
• Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written;
• Availability for international travel (around 10% of working time);
• Ability to work well with others, strong analytical skills, and proactive problem-solving attitude.
