Company Description

Ansaldo Energia know-how covers all the most important technologies that make the energy transition possible: from turbomachinery to renewables, and from electro-generators to the new frontier of hydrogen.

Position

Support tender preparation for spare parts and maintenance services on rotating machines on contractual aspects

• Analyze and evaluate transactional and long-term service tenders under contractual perspective in order to detect contractual risks, deviations from the Group policies. Define the needed actions
• Analyze draft customer specifications and prepare comments or deviations to be submitted to the customers
• Draft contracts for short- and long-term maintenance services and provide support to Sales up to negotiation
• Manage business-legal correspondence between the company and customers and suppliers
• Manage relationships with consultants as lawyers and insurance companies

Requirements

• Engineering, Economics or Law degree
• At least 5 years experience in proposal or contract management roles
• Excellent relationship skills
• Attitude to critical thinking, analysis and problem solving
• Planning and organization skills
• Ability in the coordination of multidisciplinary activities
• Fuent in English both written and spoken, a good knowledge of French, written and spoken will be a plus
• Previuos experience in energy sector is a plus
• Flexibility and willingness to travel abroad up to 30% of the time
