You will then negotiate pricing, terms & conditions, and deal structure with brokers and clients.* It will be important to generate new business by expanding your broker network, attending broker events, and building new relationships across the market. You will collaborate with AIG Distribution, territory managers, and underwriters in other business lines to target desirable accounts and cross-selling opportunities.* As a senior member of the team, you will set a high standard of customer service to brokers and clients – providing an example for junior colleagues to follow.
