Join our dynamic team as a Property Manager at Siemens Energy’s site in Milan. You will engage with tenants to discuss office concepts, negotiate leases, and manage budgets. Oversee operations at our production site and leased locations in Italy, ensuring efficient facility services. Work with colleagues from various departments and partners to meet business requirements. Flexible working hours allow a balance of on-site and remote work in the Real Estate sector.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• You will lead all aspects of the office location in Milan and other leased or owned locations in Italy.
• Communicate effectively with partners, including Siemens Energy business areas, real estate agents, landlords, and tenants.
• Prepare relevant documents for decision-making and presentations.
• Collaborate with the Finance Controller to prepare budgets and forecasts.
• Implement location concepts for space optimization and maintenance planning.
• Supervise and handle Facility Management service delivery through FM partners.
• Contribute to Siemens Energy’s Carbon Neutral by 2030 Program by optimizing service footprints.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, legal requirements, and company regulations.

What You Bring

• 2-3 years of professional experience in facility/property management or real estate.
• Passion for the Real Estate business with a strong ambition to grow in this field.
• Fluency in Italian and English; additional European language skills are a plus.
• Proactive teammate with high ambitions for yourself and your team.
• Initiative to improve service delivery while finding cost-saving opportunities.
