Job Description:

The Property & Facilities Manager Vodafone Servizi & Tecnologie is responsible for planning, implementing, and developing the corporate Real Estate activities at national and field levels in Vodafone Servizi & Tecnologie. The role supports strategic business objectives and aims to provide the best experience to VST employees while supporting Group Property activities across Europe. The manager performs all property and facilities activities in accordance with Group standards and within Vodafone Group Delegation of Authorities.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
  • Develop and manage Vodafone Servizi e Tecnologie property strategy, ensuring the availability and efficiency of corporate buildings and facilities aligned with business needs and Vodafone policies.
  • Define technical and logistic requirements for acquiring new corporate buildings, collaborating with Health, Safety & Environment and Supply Chain Management. Manage authorization processes for civil refitting, construction site audits, remediation, and contractor controls.
  • Manage maintenance and restructuring activities, ensuring resilient building environments and environmental and energy management in compliance with guidelines and laws.
  • Oversee management services for building works and refurbishment projects, including engineering support services.
  • Ensure lease provisions and effective rent leasing, managing landlords effectively.
  • Contribute to strategic and daily activities of the Group Property portfolio in Europe, working with different team members on technical and personnel matters.
  • Supervise maintenance in Data Center areas, including budgeting and implementation oversight.
  • Manage courier, postage, logistic services, and office relocations.
  • Oversee food and beverage services, maintenance, cleaning, HVAC services, and mobility management including employee home-work plans and vehicle management.
  • Monitor and report on office attendance and space occupancy, aligning with Vodafone’s hybrid working policy.
Key performance indicators:
  • Implementation of service management programs.
  • Timely preparation of reports.
  • Managing portfolio within budget and quality standards.
Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:
  • Proven experience in contract and multi-site property management.
  • Ability to manage complex contractual and organizational matters.
  • Experience delivering results in large matrix organizations.
  • Adaptability to fast-changing environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Must-have technical/professional qualifications:
  • Extensive senior experience in Property & Facilities functions with end-to-end process visibility.
  • Over 10 years of experience in Property & Facilities, with at least 5 in senior roles.
  • Strong leadership skills managing multiple international stakeholders.
  • English language proficiency.
Budget owned:

Property & facilities budget (~2.0 million EUR) and fleet management budget (~0.7 million EUR).
