What will be your mission?
As Marketing Manager, you will represent the brand by managing all marketing activities, developing strategies, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to guide the hotel brand towards its goals.
What will you do?
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel features, services, operation hours, function spaces, entertainment options, menus, and floral decorations.
- Coordinate daily group activities.
- Prepare promotional press releases about hotel personalities and noteworthy events.
- Oversee the production of posters, newsletters, flyers, and other promotional materials.
- Manage photography for VIPs, events, and shows.
- Update and monitor the hotel’s website and digital platforms.
- Handle administrative tasks for the Marketing Communications department.
- Collaborate with other departments for guest lists and VIP invitations.
- Address client/media complaints, requests, and inquiries.
- Assist with media hosting, press conferences, and activities.
- Maintain media contact lists and distribute press releases for events and promotions.
- Manage digital photo and slide libraries.
- Evaluate marketing and promotional campaign performance.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience.
- Connections with media, marketing agencies, or event organizers are advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Competency in MS Office applications.
