Job Description:

What will be your mission?

As Marketing Manager, you will be the voice of the brand to handle all marketing matters, develop marketing plans and strategies, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the hotel brand moves in the desired direction.

What will you do?

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel features, services, hours of operation, function spaces, entertainment options, menus, and floral decoration options.
  • Coordinate daily group activities.
  • Prepare promotional press releases about hotel personalities, noteworthy events, and staff.
  • Oversee the production of posters, newsletters, flyers, and other printed materials.
  • Direct photographers for VIPs, shows, and events.
  • Update hotel website content and manage digital platform postings.
  • Handle administrative tasks for the Marketing and Communications department.
  • Collaborate with other departments for guest lists and VIP invitations.
  • Address client/media complaints, requests, and inquiries.
  • Assist in hosting media events, press conferences, and activities.
  • Maintain media contact lists and distribute press releases.
  • Manage digital photo/slides libraries.
  • Evaluate marketing and promotional campaign performance.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
  • Minimum 4 years of marketing experience.
  • Connections with media, agencies, or event organizers are advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
