What will be your mission?

As Marketing Manager, you will be the voice of the brand, handling all marketing matters, developing marketing plans and strategies, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the hotel brand moves in the desired direction.

What will you do?

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel features and services, including hours of operation, function spaces, entertainment options, menus, and floral decoration options.
  • Organize scheduled daily group activities.
  • Prepare promotional press releases about notable guests, associates, and events at the hotel.
  • Coordinate the production of posters, newsletters, flyers, and other printed materials for both associates and the public.
  • Manage photographers for VIPs, shows, and events.
  • Update and monitor the hotel's website and digital content across platforms.
  • Handle administrative tasks for the Marketing Communications department.
  • Collaborate with other departments to organize guest lists and invitations for VIP events.
  • Address client and media complaints, requests, and inquiries.
  • Assist in hosting media events, press conferences, and activities.
  • Maintain and update media lists and press release distributions for events and promotions.
  • Manage the digital photograph and slide library.
  • Analyze and evaluate the performance of marketing and promotional campaigns.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing.
  • Connections with media, marketing agencies, or event organizers are advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Competency in MS Office applications.
