Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Prompt Writer (AI Training) to craft prompts that challenge AI thinking and safety. You will design questions and scenarios across a wide range of topics, aiming to push the AI's reasoning and creativity while adhering to style guides and project guidelines.

This remote, hourly contract role offers flexible, asynchronous work with 10–40 hours per week. No AI, technical, or academic background is required, and experience in writing or content creation is a plus.

What You'll Do

• Craft original, creative prompts across a wide variety of topics — from science and philosophy to everyday life and beyond
• Design questions and scenarios that challenge AI reasoning, creativity, and accuracy
• Write prompts specifically engineered to probe edge cases, test for safety, and expose weaknesses
• Follow style guides and prompt-writing frameworks to ensure consistency and quality
• Iterate and refine prompts based on project feedback and evolving goals
• Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments at your own pace
