Job summary

Alignerr is seeking detail-oriented evaluators to review and rate AI-generated outputs, helping shape how leading AI systems learn and improve. This fully remote, flexible hourly contract is open to anyone with strong analytical thinking and a sharp eye for quality. No AI background required.

As part of a global, freelance community, you will review across text, image, and structured data, providing clear feedback to guide model improvements while enjoying flexible hours from 10 to 40 per week.

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated responses across text, image, and structured data formats for accuracy and relevance
• Rate content quality using clear, structured rubrics and evaluation guidelines
• Identify factual errors, inconsistencies, and areas where AI responses fall short
• Provide well-documented feedback that directly guides AI model improvement
• Work across a variety of topics and content types, keeping the work engaging and varied
  

Who You Are

• Sharp attention to detail with strong analytical thinking
• Comfortable reading, evaluating, and critiquing written content at scale
• Self-motivated and able to manage your time independently
• Clear, concise written communication skills in English
• No prior AI or technical experience required — we'll give you everything you need to succeed
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in editing, research, fact-checking, or quality assurance
• Familiarity with rubric-based evaluation or structured feedback
• Curiosity about AI and how large language models work
