Ce poste stratégique implique la gestion d'équipes, la supervision de la conception à la construction et la maintenance de relations clients. Les candidats doivent avoir un diplôme en ingénierie, une expérience significative dans des contrats privés et une maîtrise de l'anglais.

Leading player in turnkey projects, from design to construction in the infrastructure and buildings sector.

It offers solutions ranging from financial planning, land evaluation, design, to construction within the industrial, logistics, and data center sectors.

To boost the Data Center Business Unit, we are seeking a Projects Director, reporting to the Technical Director. This role is responsible for project delivery from pre-design to construction and ensuring profitability in line with contractual agreements and company objectives.

The ideal candidate is a team leader who maintains customer relationships and manages a team of (Senior) Project Managers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES:

• Provides technical support during business development activities.
• Engages with clients alongside the business development team to understand their needs and project specifics.
• Proposes technical and cost-effective solutions tailored to client needs.
• Prepares and optimizes building designs and technical solutions.
• Estimates project costs and prepares preliminary schedules.
• Prepares documents for feasibility studies, including bills of quantities and M&E verification.
• Defines project offers and collaborates with business development and design teams.
• Acts as the primary contact for clients and represents the company throughout the project.

Contract:

• Participates in contract approval processes with relevant departments.
• As contract director, approves all contractual details.
• Prepares all necessary technical and administrative documents.

Construction:

• Builds and leads the project team, ensuring team members have required skills.
• Oversees design offices, technical inspections, subcontractors, and safety coordinators.
• Ensures project completion according to contractual agreements.
• Monitors project progress, customer relations, and schedule adjustments.
• Prepares technical summaries of interventions.

Cost and Schedule Management:

• Conducts financial analysis to ensure profit margins.
• Participates in contract committees.
• Co-responsible for project cost and sales price setting.
• Signs sales and purchase agreements with relevant representatives.

Team Management:

Coordinates with the Country Manager or Technical Director to manage project teams, including Project Assistants and (Senior) Project Managers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Master’s degree in civil engineering, urbanism, or related field.

5 to 10 years of experience in construction, preferably on private markets (TKP or EPCM contracts).

Fluent in English.

Location – Milan, hybrid work model.
