Summary

The new resource will be part of Knauf Italy's Manufacturing area in Gambassi Terme and will focus on managing and implementing health, safety, and environmental policies within the company, developing projects and investments, and continuously improving industrial processes.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure compliance with regulations, including all legal requirements related to fire safety, pollution, accidents, and occupational safety (noise, injury risk) according to national and European laws.
2. Implement projects such as LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out), HRC (Hazard Risk Control), and OPL (One Point Lesson).
3. Manage projects within a CAPEX environment, including risk analysis and removing investment roadblocks.
4. Develop detailed project plans covering resources, budgets, and timelines.
5. Participate in environmental and sustainability system audits and follow up on actions.
6. Support facility for audit management (HSE, 5S, Environmental & Fire Audits).
7. Maintain certifications such as ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and A.U.A.
8. Independently plan, implement, and manage assigned projects.
9. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, indicators, tools, and techniques.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent industrial experience.
2. Fluent in Italian and English.
3. At least 3 years of experience in industries involving HSE, maintenance, and project management issues.
4. Experience in industrial process environments.
5. Knowledge of electrical systems and plant maintenance is a plus.
6. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and laws.
7. Ability to manage and coordinate HSE activities within the company.
8. Proficiency in PC and Office management tools.
9. Excellent communication and training skills.
