Your new role

As our new Project technical secretary, you will be responsible for technical documentation, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and current regulations. Ramboll develops innovative, scientifically sound solutions that help increase liveability by reducing pollution and restoring natural environments. One of the world’s leading environmental and health consultancies, our bright minds are trusted by clients to manage their most challenging environmental, health and social issues.

Your key responsibilities will be :

Provide organizational and administrative support to the project manager

Manage purchase order and supplies;

Draft of project set-up according to Ramboll standard;

Invoice management and coding

Technical review of documentations for site access;

Collect documents and update database

Assistance to project accounting

Support of Project manager in administrative aspects

About you

Diploma or degree in technical or administrative disciplines;

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the engineering or consultancy sector;

Excellent command of IT tools, particularly Office packages;

Ability to work effectively in a team and to communicate at all levels within and outside the organization;

Fluent knowledge of Italian and good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
