Une entreprise dynamique dans le secteur des boissons cherche un individu motivé pour soutenir la gestion de projets sur le terrain. Le candidat idéal aura une solide expérience en gestion de site pour des projets d'investissement, avec une familiarité requise en SAP ERP et en Microsoft Office. Competenze

  • Au moins trois ans d'expérience dans la gestion d'activités de site pour des projets d'investissement.
  • Connaissance de l'industrie des boissons est un atout significatif.
  • Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais; espagnol et/ou français appréciés.

Mansioni

  • Supporter le Responsable de Projet dans les activités sur site.
  • Gérer les coûts et suivre les livrables du projet.
  • Participer aux réunions hebdomadaires et gérer la documentation requise.

Your opportunity

Support the Project Manager Execution from project OI to CPE for the assigned New Equipment projects, especially for supporting the project installation and commissioning on site activities, ensure that project tasks are completed on time. Support the Project Manager Proposal during the quotation and initiative phase Actively monitor projects deliverables, performance and related reporting

Your Mission

Cost Management

  • Ensure invoices are received according to PPP/SPOT and validate or reject
  • Perform cost tracking using inbound invoices
  • Service RDA

Service Call (SC)

  • PS has to open the SC for all technicians/ISMs, trainers, and VLT test activities.

Ticket Management

  • Weekly participation in WPMR scheduled by the PME per each project. Main task involved:
    • Create and insert the swap lists
    • Maintain an overview of all tickets and follow up
    • Provide guidance to align SPOT based on received invoices or data from FSM
Document Management and HSE Portals

  • PME aligns with the client on the full list of required documentation.
  • Responsible for opening the project in each portal, setting up the structure and hierarchy of subcontractors, and identifying entry points for each entity/3PE.
  • Acts as the pivot for sharing documentation among entities and 3PEs

PO Punched Hours

  • Initiate PO process to punched hours for PME and PS for the entities under LPME perimeter

Spot

  • Verify the rate for each entity and 3PE to support invoice validation and update SPOT accordingly in case of needs

Your Profile

We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong command of English, and knowledge of Spanish and/or French is a valuable asset.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in managing site activities for capital projects, with a background in the beverage industry being a significant advantage. Familiarity with the Sidel portfolio will enhance your application, as will the ability to operate the SAP ERP system.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential for success in this role.
