Job summary

CHEP is seeking a Project Specialist – Network Transformation to drive and support transformation across Italy, Greece and the Balkans. You will own smaller projects while assisting larger initiatives, collaborating with Operations, Engineering, Planning, Transport, Procurement, Legal and external partners.

The role focuses on evolving the operational network, opening or relocating service centres, and delivering automation projects with significant cross-functional exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, supply chain, logistics, operations, industrial environments or consulting.
• Good understanding of operational processes and logistics flows.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent Italian and English.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.

The opportunity

We are looking for a Project Specialist – Network Transformation to join our Supply Chain organisation and support an important transformation programme across Italy, Greece and the Balkans.

This is a highly cross-functional role, working on projects focused on the evolution of our operational network. These can include the opening or relocation of service centres, operational improvements and automation projects.

You will work closely with Operations and Engineering teams, as well as Planning, Transport, Procurement, Legal and other internal and external partners.

You will have the opportunity to take ownership of smaller projects, while supporting the delivery of larger and more complex transformation initiatives, giving you exposure to both project management and operational supply chain topics.

What you’ll do

The role requires approximately 30% travel, depending on project needs.
