Project Scheduler/Controller for Process Plants (m/f/d)

Possible work locations: Mirano Veneto, Milano, Lombardia

Full-time position

As a Project Scheduler/Controller for Process Plants, you will be responsible for scheduling activities, as well as controlling and executing construction projects. You should have proven experience in the industry and be proficient in scheduling software tools such as Primavera (mandatory) and MS Project. If you enjoy traveling, are not afraid of challenges, have problem-solving skills, and can interface professionally with team members, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution, this role is for you.

You will also be responsible for scheduling and controlling activities of major EPCM projects. Your main tasks will include:

  1. Creating and managing project activity schedules with various levels of detail for different project phases;
  2. Developing workforce plans and scheduling in advance;
  3. Assessing, defining, and controlling project criticalities;
  4. Monitoring project progress and evaluating progress curves;
  5. Regularly updating project status;
  6. Preparing detailed progress reports for clients, including project phase achievements;
  7. Reporting specific events that negatively impact planning and comparing actual vs. planned progress with a short-term action plan.

We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

  • Proven work experience in the sector (> 4 years);
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team;
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
  • Customer-oriented attitude and conflict management skills;
  • Additional experience in cost control is preferred.
