Kirby Group Engineering is delivering a major data centre project in Milan, and seeks a Project Quantity Surveyor to own the commercial delivery across M&E packages. It’s a fast-paced lifecycle role working with project, planning and commercial teams to ensure profitable delivery.
The successful candidate will lead from the front, manage detail with strategic oversight, and operate in a high-performing project environment across Europe. Excellent career development opportunities are provided.

You’ll join Kirby Group Engineering on a major data centre project in Milan, taking ownership of the commercial delivery across both mechanical and electrical packages. It’s a fast-moving environment with real scale, where your decisions will have a direct impact on project performance.
You’ll take responsibility for the commercial management of the project from early-stage through to final account. This is a full lifecycle role, working closely with project, planning and commercial teams to ensure the job is delivered properly and profitably.
You’ll be expected to lead from the front, manage detail without losing sight of the bigger picture, and operate with confidence in a high-performing project environment.
