Job Title: Project Quality Manager

Job Description:

Experience with offshore platforms is required.

Responsibilities include planning and implementing the Project Quality Management System (PQMS), ensuring quality control activities, reporting to the Company Quality Manager, and acting as the focal point for quality matters within the project.

Tasks:

• Define and implement PQMS and project-specific Quality Plans and procedures.
• Maintain the integrity of the Company QMS during project changes.
• Monitor and audit the implementation of the Project QMS.
• Coordinate quality activities to meet contractual requirements.
• Conduct external audits of Vendors and Subcontractors QMS.
• Support the Project Manager in client and authority relations.
• Prepare and issue QC specifications and ensure site QC activities.
• Manage nonconformities and promote quality awareness and training.
• Collect and analyze quality data and lead management reviews.
• Ensure customer satisfaction processes are in place.
• Report project data using corporate tools and methodologies.
• For drilling activities, supervise subcontractors’ inspection and reporting.

Requirements:

• Certification in Directive PED pressurized equipment and Atex.
• Technical knowledge of offshore platform quality control.
