Job Description:

We are looking for a young Project & Process Manager for our Healthcare division who will be responsible for the planning, management and implementation of cross-departmental and, if necessary, cross-national agile Supply Chain projects and processes. This role is important to support our international customers from the Pharmaceutical and MedTech sector at our location in Calcinate (BG). The position offers the opportunity to have strong contact with international customers and colleagues.

YOUR TASK

• After a structured training phase, you will take responsibility for your own projects.
• The spectrum of your projects includes optimization projects, implementation of new customers, and expansion of our service offerings for existing customers.
• You will plan projects based on a framework and lead them to successful go-live with deadline-focused execution.
• Collaborate with customers and internal departments to negotiate requirements, develop processes, and create functional specifications and concepts for solutions.
• Implement and develop agile working methods within the team.
• Act as the point of contact for central functions and strategic initiatives to standardize logistics processes across countries and sites.
• Manage and coordinate tests during various project and implementation phases.

YOUR PROFILE

• Mother-tongue knowledge of Italian.
• Business fluent in English, with clear and appropriate communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Degree in economics or business administration, focusing on logistics, supply chain, or service management.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in project management or contract logistics.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Willing to travel Europe-wide (approx. 10%) and possibly during initial training in Germany.
• Hands-on mentality and ability to work in a team.
• High independence and diligence.
• SAP knowledge and project management certifications (IPMA, PRINCE2, agile training) are a plus.
