Adecco Roma Financial Services is seeking a Project Planner for a company in the railway sector, to manage projects in the Campania region.

The new hire will join the Engineering team of the Group and support the Technical and Site Management in the following activities:

  1. Draft work schedules by collaborating with the project team using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project, integrating the WBS structure based on the estimates prepared in Primus;
  2. Assist the Technical and Site Management in developing operational budgets in terms of resources, supplies, and costs, in collaboration with various company functions;
  3. Plan site activities, verifying consistency between project, specifications, and budget, with particular attention to timelines and material procurement plans;
  4. Highlight critical issues and anomalies to the Project Manager and Operations Manager, identifying deviations from baseline plans;
  5. Periodically verify and control the adherence to work schedules, providing analysis based on project metrics agreed with the General Manager;
  6. Prepare progress reports highlighting deviations from the plan and monitor the critical path periodically;
  7. Collect and analyze economic data of projects to support the preparation of managerial reports.

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Engineering
  2. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within EPC companies operating nationally in engineering, construction, or revamping large projects in civil/industrial sectors;
  3. Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project;
  4. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Primus;
  5. Good command of the English language;
  6. Residence or domicile in Naples.
