Position: Project Planner

Location: Milan, Italy

Your Role Will Encompass

• Creating, maintaining, and monitoring construction schedules and plans to ensure deadlines are met.
• Liaising with managers and engineers to discuss project progress and address issues.
• Producing progress reports and forecasts for team members, clients, and stakeholders as directed by the Project Manager and Director.
• Budgeting and tracking project costs.
• Creating a risk management plan.
• Identifying shortcomings and advising on action plans for cost reduction.
• Producing tender plans to support bids.
• Activities related to planning and monitoring according to execution and development pipeline.

What You Bring to the Role

• At least 1 year of experience as a planner within the construction industry.
• Strong communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent IT skills, including MS Project, Asta Microsoft, and Primavera P6.
• Methodological approach.
• Proficiency in Italian and English.
