Project Planner - Italy - 12-Month Contract

Our global client with manufacturing facilities in Southern Ireland is currently investing significantly in their manufacturing programme. This state-of-the-art facility houses high-technology and next-generation processes to produce OTC and Oral Care Products that are distributed throughout the globe. As such, they are looking for a Project Planner to join their Italy-based project.

Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing the process suite transfer into the new site and prepare the suite for readiness.
2. Working on behalf of the client-side role - representing the business' interest and managing suppliers.
3. Qualification and readiness of the department & process transfer.
4. Tracking and managing project activity, coordinating twice weekly meetings with the project team and reporting back.
5. There is scheduling in place; the candidate will not be starting from scratch; however, scheduling needs to be maintained.

Requirements:

1. P6 / Primavera.
2. Previous experience in Pharma / BioTech.
3. Scheduling experience.
4. Stakeholder management.
5. Project planning experience.
