A leading company is seeking a Logistics Project Manager in Ortisei, focused on transitioning warehouse operations from a 3PL provider to an in-house solution. The role involves project planning, team coordination, and close collaboration with multiple departments to replicate operations from the Belgian branches. Candidates should possess strong project management skills and experience in logistics transformation.

Profile

• Based in Milan or surrounding area; local hire only.
• Strong project management skills with hands-on logistics expertise.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams, including supply chain, replenishment, and third-party partners.

Mission

• Internalize warehouse operations, transitioning from a third-party logistics provider (3PL) to an in-house solution, replicating the operational model and warehouse layout already implemented in the Belgian branches.
• Validate the proposed warehouse layout in line with the Belgian blueprint, with consideration for future growth (e-commerce, automation).
• Coordinate the implementation and migration phases (equipment setup, supplier onboarding, operational transfer).
• Orchestrate the project planning.
• Act as the main interface between the Italian branch and the Belgian HQ, working with teams from logistics, real estate, IT, HR, health & safety, and legal.
• Supervise the physical relocation of materials from the existing 3PL partner to the new facility.
