We are seeking a Project Manager with technical and managerial skills to lead a design team in developing hardware and software solutions for industrial automation products, with a focus on motion control, real-time systems, and customer integration.

The candidate will be responsible for the technical and organizational coordination of projects, client relations, planning of project activities, and supervision of the development team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage complex projects in industrial automation from kickoff to final delivery.
2. Coordinate a multidisciplinary team (hardware, firmware, software, testing).
3. Supervise the development of axis control, real-time systems, and embedded solutions.
4. Interface with Italian and international clients to gather requirements, provide project updates, and perform technical validation.
5. Plan timelines, costs, resources, and project milestones.
6. Support the definition of technical architecture and ensure alignment with company standards.
7. Monitor project progress (SAL) and prepare technical documentation and reports.
8. Hold a degree in Automation Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields.
9. Have at least 5 years of experience in industrial automation, with roles in coordination or project management.
10. Possess knowledge of real-time systems, motion control, PLC/CNC, fieldbus protocols (EtherCAT, CANopen, PROFINET).
11. Experience in developing embedded/real-time systems for motion control.
12. Familiarity with environments like SoftPLC, TIA Portal, or similar.
13. Good ability to read electrical diagrams and technical specifications.
14. Leadership and team management skills.
