• Project Manager Solar, Wind & BESS (M / F / d)

What you will do

• Ensure on-time and on-budget execution of projects in Italy from late stage of development until COD.
• Coordinate project team, comprising procurement, legal, technical, construction, PPA, sales, and financing.
• Manage technical project activities interfacing between engineering and construction partners.
• Supervise project activities to ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
• Conduct quality checks and maintain site presence during construction works and services.
• Secure internal investment approvals and manage the economic aspects of contracts.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and standards.
• Manage relationships with third-party advisors, service providers, contractors, and external stakeholders (e.g., municipalities, grid operators, regional bodies).

What you will need to succeed

• Business or technical university degree.
• Qualified professional experience in project management, ideally in renewable energy, with at least 5 years.
• High degree of self-responsibility, entrepreneurial understanding, and flexibility.
• Strong negotiation skills and sensitivity to different mentalities and practices in an international environment.
• Willingness to deepen knowledge of site securing, interconnection, permitting processes, and financial modeling of renewable projects.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Italian.
• High willingness to travel throughout Italy.

Soft skills

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle priorities and stakeholders under tight deadlines.
• Ability to translate analysis into practical, actionable recommendations.
