Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of the Vendor Management Portal implementation, from planning to deployment.
- Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines are met with high quality and attention to detail.
- Act as the central point of contact for all project-related activities, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the main vendor (System Integrator or software partner) to ensure effective collaboration and delivery.
- Oversee contract storage and metadata extraction, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal tech teams and service owners for seamless integration and support.
- Manage and align over 30 system integrations throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring consistency and minimal disruption.
- Identify and address typical IT project challenges proactively, mitigating risks for smooth execution.
- Liaise with an external Change Management firm (based in Europe) to support organizational readiness and adoption.
What You'll Bring:
- 8+ years of project management experience in SaaS or software environments.
- Strong background in vendor management, including selection, negotiation, and performance tracking.
- Basic understanding of transnational systems and their support for business operations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project delivery methodologies.
