Main Activities And Responsibilities Of This Working Position:
- She/He is the person tasked by the Program Manager Director to pursue the job order’s objectives, while respecting the constraints in terms of scope, costs, times and quality. She/He follows and coordinates the management and technical part of the job orders assigned to her/him, interfacing with the Design Dept., with the Production Dept., with the sales representative and with the Customer.
- She/He takes into consideration the different needs, interests and expectations of the stakeholders, during the planning and development of the job order.
- She/He organizes and coordinates the internal meetings about the progress of the orders. She/He coordinates also the meetings with the Customer (via conference call, visit to our Plant and/or visit to the Customer’s Plant).
- She/He manages the budget together with project team and plans corrective actions as well as cost containment.
- She/He interfaces with the project team and the department managers to find solutions.
- She/He interfaces with the Customer in agreement with the Sales Manager about the management and the objectives of the job order.
- Together with the Commissioning Dept, she/he works for the completion and updating of the machine documentation for obtaining the approval.
- She/He acts as a support and linguistic interface with Customers and the other Plants.
Technical Skills:
- Good knowledge of Office products.
- Good knowledge of MS Project.
- Good knowledge of project management techniques.
- Good knowledge of AS400.
- Fluent English language and at least one other language (French, German, Spanish, Chinese).
- Preferably Engineering degree.
