Job description

Being a consultant at Amaris Consulting means positioning yourself as a technical and functional expert in the pharmaceutical industry, acting as an ambassador of our organization to clients by:

Your missions

  • Coordinate pharmaceutical engineering projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring compliance with industry standards (GMP, FDA, etc.).
  • Supervise technical activities such as equipment installation, validation, and commissioning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality, production, regulatory, and engineering.
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and resources, reporting progress to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct technical analysis and solve problems related to process or equipment design.
  • Support process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure proper documentation and technical reporting.

Profile

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical project management.
  • Experience with engineering projects in the pharma sector (e.g., as a Project Engineer).
  • Knowledge of GMP regulations and pharmaceutical production environments.
  • Experience with technical documentation, validation protocols, or CAPEX projects.

Academic background

  • Degree in Chemical Engineering, CTF, or related disciplines.

Language skills

Fluent in Italian and English.

You should have the ability to prioritize, lead cross-functional teams, and manage complexity under pressure.
