Your role

We are looking for a Project Manager for Offices & Showrooms EMEA, responsible for managing construction investments for these facilities in the EMEA region. The role involves coordinating activities between various departments from design to realization and commissioning.


Main responsibilities:

  • Manage project and construction engineering for EssilorLuxottica Offices & Showrooms in EMEA, supporting divisions including Essilor, Luxottica, and Grandvision.
  • Coordinate relations with stakeholders: Region Manager, Country Manager, Human Resources, Real Estate, Local Project Managers, Local Architects.
  • Oversee construction engineering design with support from local consultants.
  • Assist in selecting local consultants and permit expeditors from the corporate vendor list.
  • Prepare reports, specifications, and technical analyses to define design requirements and services.
  • Provide technical direction on engineering design, layouts, build details, schedules, and materials.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; create schedules and timelines; assign tasks and resources.
  • Support project budget management and resource allocation; coordinate teams of designers, R&D managers, and stakeholders.
  • Manage relations with Tender and Procurement teams for supplier selection.
  • Lead quality assurance processes.
  • Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and report to stakeholders.
  • Implement process changes as needed to meet updated outputs.

Main requirements:

  • Ensure delivery of planned store roll-out, meeting market requirements.
  • Manage relations with involved markets and stakeholders regarding timing, budget, and construction status.
  • Communicate construction constraints and achievements effectively to stakeholders.
  • Ensure high quality of store execution and snag completion post-opening.
  • Strong commitment to targets and technical proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Teamwork and organizational capabilities.
  • Construction site management and reporting skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Educational background: Engineering or Architectural Master’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in other languages, with French highly appreciated.
