We are seeking a highly motivated and experiencedProject Manager Officerto lead large-scale projects, including complex European grant projects.

You will be responsible for contributing to the design of the project setup, coordinating the contribution of multiple stakeholders, managing project goals, timelines and budgets, assessing resources needs and ensuring the successful achievement of project objectives.

Location

The role will be based in Turin, with possibility for hybrid work arrangements.

Occasional travel can be requested.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, coordinate and manage the assigned projects, ensuring successful delivery of all project milestones.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators.

Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with project members, partners, stakeholders (including companies, public administrations and funding agencies).
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.

Design & Delivery

• Lead the design of the project components and business models.
• Oversee the delivery of the envisioned services.
• Manage project budgets, also ensuring compliance with funding regulations, in collaboration with Administration and other internal functions.
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts.
• Monitor project expenditures, in collaboration with Administration and other internal functions.

Reporting and Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all National and European regulations, grant regulations and reporting requirements.
• Prepare and submit regular project reports.
• Document project activities and outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration).
• Experience in managing large-scale European or national grant projects.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) and Italian is essential.
