b2x - The Omnichallenge Company is seeking motivated individuals to be involved in its projects in the capacity of Project Manager Officer.

Responsibilities

The successful applicant will work with the PM to initiate and oversee the launch, development, evolution, and maintenance of omnichannel platforms for online product sales. They will be responsible for operational aspects at every project stage, interfacing with various departments and clients to ensure projects are executed within budget and timelines, reporting directly to the relevant PM.

Recruitment Process

The selected Project Manager Officer will report to the relevant PM as part of the PM / Accounts Team and will be involved in ongoing or new projects to gain necessary skills through direct experience with business processes and client needs.

Activities

• Assist the PM in initiating projects based on client needs and agreed criteria.
• Participate in the offer specification phase, interfacing with relevant departments for estimates.
• Attend meetings, take minutes, and collate project documentation.
• Coordinate with other departments for website setup materials.
• Collaborate with the PM, analyst, and technical team on project planning.

Requirements
