We're looking for a PROJECT MANAGER - NEW PRODUCT & SERVICES

Position Summary

Being part of the Customer Digital Transformation team as a New Product & Services PM means becoming a key player in Sky's major projects of the future and the company's Digital Transformation journey.

What you will do :

• Define E2E governance for each project flow;
• Collaborate with Business Owners to gather key project requirements within document templates agreed upon with technical structures;
• Collaborate with the internal digital design factory structure with the goal of designing innovative front-end and back-end experiences for customers across all touch points (human / digital) by defining new processes or improving existing ones;
• Become an ambassador of the new digital first approach across all project tables, with the goal of ensuring a simple, innovative and consistent front-end and back-end experience;
• Lead the sharing of business requirements with all involved structures (Customer Marketing, Customer Journey, Customer Digital Engagement, Legal, Privacy);
• Lead project SALs and dedicated management board update meetings;
• Lead the project execution up to the final UAT phase, constantly aligning the Business Owners involved in order to effectively complete the established work plan;
• Identify and manage any dependencies on other projects;
• Monitor project KPIs to ensure proper support and rollout.
