Randstad Italia Spa, Florence branch, is looking for a Project Manager MDR (Manufacturing Data Report)

for a major multinational company operating in the Oil & Gas sector.

We offer an initial 12-month temporary contract with the possibility of direct placement in the company.

CCNL Metalworking Industry, level B1, commensurate with the candidate's experience, plus meal vouchers.

Possibility of smart working.

Annual salary: €28,000 - €34,000

Responsibilities

The resource will be part of our Industrial & Energy Technology team, which provides industry-leading products and services that optimize energy extraction, production, and processing. As a team with integrity, we create value through impactful decisions by effectively connecting ideas and people.

As a MDR Project Manager (PM MDR), you will act as the main point of contact between the Project Management team, Procurement, and Manufacturing to oversee the construction and final compilation of the Manufacturing Data Report (MDR). Your role will include ensuring document quality, timeliness, and completeness. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring weekly project status for manufacturing, including certification gaps and PdC, interfacing with production teams for recovery and managing non-applicability (NA) issues with QPM and PM teams.
• Monitoring weekly project status for procurement, including missing and rejected certifications, interfacing with procurement teams for recovery and NA management.
• Updating project status weekly on a shared folder for management review.
• Analyzing the Completeness report (CPT) to identify pending issues blocking MDR completion and coordinating activities with stakeholders (PM, QPM, Manufacturing, Procurement, MDR providers).
• At project start, verifying comprehensive transfer of documentation to operational teams and MDR providers to prevent additional requests, and monitoring document submission deadlines to customers, MDR Index, and MDR book.

Technical Course Programming

• Monitoring requests and updating training
• Defining calendar and timing
• Organizing internal and external courses
• Managing Business Founds plan
• Issuing and monitoring purchase orders
• Managing course logistics across Florence, Massa, Bari, Vibo Valentia
• Assigning credentials on BH-Learning and relevant training certification

Qualifications / Requirements

• Master’s degree in STEM or similar experience
• Good experience in Quality
• Ability to analyze problems and identify root causes
• Knowledge of quality tools, Oracle, Access, EDM families, I_Supplier, Unifier, Tableau, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Basic knowledge of BOM structure is recommended.
• Basic knowledge of BH_Learning, Power-BI, Oracle PO/Ariba
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and English, both oral and written
