Il candidato dovrà gestire progetti end-to-end, lavorando con team senior e interfacciandosi con le parti interessate. È fondamentale avere un diploma in discipline tecniche e 1-2 anni di esperienza in gestione progetti.

Competenze

• 1-2 anni di esperienza nella gestione di progetti, preferibilmente in ambiti tecnologici.
• Buona conoscenza dell'inglese, scritto e parlato.
• Esperienza in progetti di integrazione CRM.

Mansioni

• Gestire i progetti dalla pianificazione all'esecuzione, assicurando che obiettivi e budget siano rispettati.
• Identificare le esigenze dei clienti e redigere proposte di progetto.
• Monitorare i progressi del progetto attraverso strumenti di gestione progetti.

Today, Exelab is looking for a Junior Project Manager – a professional who is ready to take responsibility for leading projects and turning client needs into impactful digital solutions.

The Junior Project Manager will progressively take charge of managing projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, resources, and budgets are aligned with the project goals. While the projects may vary in scope and complexity, the responsibility and ownership are real from day one.

Design and analytical thinking are essential for this role, together with strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly.

1. From the outset, you’ll work alongside senior Project Managers;

Identifying customer needs and constructing a project proposal, interfacing with key stakeholders and validating feasibility also from a technical standpoint;

Drafting project documentation and requirements, involving analysts and managers of the relevant areas;

Planning scheduled activities including effort estimation, resource allocation, and timelines, in coordination with the program manager and involved departments;

Monitoring project progress and ensuring proper execution through direct management using project management tools;

Evaluating project performance with respect to budget and objectives;

Identifying new opportunities based on client needs within ongoing projects or potential future ones;

1–2 years of experience in project management, preferably in technology-related fields;

University degree in a scientific or technical discipline – a degree in Management Engineering or similar is highly appreciated;

Good knowledge of project management tools and English, both written and spoken;

Experience in CRM integration projects;

Background in web project management.
