TOTAL SOLUTION INTERIORS operates in the field of custom interiors for superyachts, cruise ships and high-end hotels, managing the production process from design to installation.

Position
* Manage all aspects of the project, liaising with all company functions;
* Supervise the organisation and coordination of all commercial, technical, operational and economic aspects, in line with the objectives assigned, constantly monitoring progress;
* Collaborate in the control of the execution phase to ensure correct execution of the job, within the time and cost limits set, and in compliance with all other contractual conditions; manage the budget, with the support of the functional managers;
* Coordinate different departments and monitor resources temporarily assigned to the project, while respecting the authority of the Function Manager;
* Oversee project planning in collaboration with other company functions, in accordance with internal procedures;
* Once the schedule is agreed, track schedules and manage changes with the client and Function Managers, with the aim of delivering the project with the level of quality expected by both the client and the company.

Requirements
* Degree in Civil, Naval, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields;
* Good knowledge of the English language (B2 level);
* At least 3 years of experience in the role in project-based companies, preferably in the naval industry;
* Ability to perform technical and financial analysis of aspects related to site management;
* Excellent knowledge of Excel;
* Interpersonal skills and a strong focus on continuous improvement.
