Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Strong skills in technical and financial analysis, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel, are essential. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project budgets, and ensuring timely project delivery according to quality standards.

Position

• Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, acting as the main point of contact across all internal departments.
• Coordinate commercial, technical, operational, and financial activities to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor progress against project goals, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee project execution to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with functional managers to define and control project budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and supervise temporarily assigned resources, while respecting the roles and responsibilities of departmental managers.
• Lead project planning efforts in line with internal procedures and in close cooperation with relevant business units.
• Take ownership of the project schedule once agreed upon, managing any changes in collaboration with the client and functional managers.
• Ensure project delivery meets the expected quality standards of both the client and the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Naval, Mechanical Engineering or a related field;
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within project-based companies in the naval or shipbuilding industry;
• Strong skills in technical and financial analysis related to site/project management;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong mindset for continuous improvement;
