As SILENT-YACHTS, we are revolutionizing yachting with our solar-powered luxury catamarans. Our mission is to offer an independent, environmentally friendly sailing experience that blends silent cruising with luxury. We are seeking a Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Fano on a full-time basis, with immediate start.

As a Project Manager, your responsibilities include:

• Supporting and collaborating with other Project Managers
• Supporting various departments
• Organizing and planning project work
• Conducting site inspections
• Collaborating with subcontractors and third parties
• Managing budgets and ensuring contract compliance

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in management engineering (or related field)
• Over 5 years of experience in a shipyard setting
• Proven leadership skills and successful project execution
• Knowledge of marine system integration
• Passion for boats and yachts; boating license is a plus
• Basic CAD skills (Rhino, AutoCAD)
• Ability to interpret 2D and 3D production drawings
• Ability to work independently and systematically
• Strong organizational, flexible, and reliable skills
• Creative problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel
• Hands-on approach
• Excellent communication skills in English and Italian
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; MS Teams experience is advantageous
