Your missions

Manage product backlogs and prioritize requirements based on business and client value

Define user stories and acceptance criteria with stakeholders and development teams

Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure product vision alignment

Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met in line with Agile methodology

Track sprint progress and ensure team performance through metrics and KPIs

Lead cross-functional teams in Agile project environments

Identify risks and facilitate mitigation strategies collaboratively

Your profile

Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)

Experience with Scrum methodology and Product Owner responsibilities

Certification: Scrum Master and/or Product Owner (e.g., PSM, PSPO, CSPO)

Experience in a technical or IT consulting environment

Experience with client-facing project roles

Academic background: engineering schools or business schools with IT specialization

Fluent English. Italian is a plus.

You have an ability to prioritize and facilitate effective team collaboration
